Description of SPD sand treatment unit equipment
SPD sand treatment unit, which integrates four functions of sand washing, powder selection, mud removal and dehydration, is mainly used in the field of sand and gravel aggregate production. Its working mechanism is to use a new hydrocyclone to separate and concentrate 0-5 mm sand from wastewater, and enable the sand to enter the high-frequency linear dewatering screen for dehydration, so as to produce excellent machine-made sand with reasonable gradation.
On the basis of FSPD fine sand recycling machine, the equipment is improved and innovated, and can replace the traditional sand washer, dewatering screen and fine sand recycling machine, with less equipment, low failure rate, small installation space and convenient installation and layout. The loss of fine sand can be reduced by adjusting the overflow water quantity, and the fineness modulus of sand can be adjusted to reduce the water content of finished sand and shorten the storage time. Through the treatment of this equipment, the grading of finished sand is continuous, which meets the relevant national and industrial standards.
