Description of fine sand recycling machine
FSPD fine sand recycling machine is mainly composed of hydrocyclone, dewatering screen, upper box, lower box, slurry pump and related pipe fittings.
Working principle
The wastewater from sand washing enters the lower box of the fine sand recycling machine through pipelines or sinks, and is transported to the hydrocyclone at high speed under the action of the slurry pump. The fine sand of 0-0.16 mm is centrifuged, classified and concentrated in the hydrocyclone, and finally discharged from the grit chamber into dewatering screen. After being dehydrated by dewatering screen, one part enters the finished sand storage yard to adjust the fineness modulus of the sand, and the other part is sent to the storage yard for storage. The separated wastewater and a small amount of fine sand enter the upper box from the overflow port at the upper part of the hydrocyclone, and part of it returns to the lower box through the upper box, and the flow rate is adjusted through pipelines and valves, thus realizing the recycling of fine sand and achieving the effect of energy saving; The other part is discharged into the drainage ditch from the upper box and enters the subsequent wastewater treatment system.
