Pulleys are an essential component of any belt conveyor. our pulleys have the following features :
1、Cast end discs feature less welding , increased balance and increased tensile strength ;
2、Taper lock connections for drive pulleys and interference assemblies for non - drive pulleys to reduce likelihood of damage caused by shaft rotation ;
3、High quality shell material and guaranteed low TIR ;
4、Dynatic Balancing ;
5、Hot vulcanized lagging ( rubber or and rubber / ceramic ) to extend pulley and belt life ;
6、Designs using advanced finite element analysis methods to guarantee the performance and quality .

Sort of Pulley:
① Drive Pulleys are utilized for the transmission of power to the conveyor. Can be lagged (plain/herringbone/diamond/rhombus-according to design requirements) or unlagged;
② Bend Pulleys are either plain lagged or plain steel according to the cover, andlight-duty,medium-duty or heavy-duty;
③ Motorized Pulleys provide power directly to the belt conveyor and belt lifter as widely used in mine,metallurgy industry, mechanical industry, coal,building material,electronic power, grain,etc.
