NXF series sand washing fine sand recycling integrated machine is mainly used for sand washing in aggregate wet production and fine sand recycle process, can recycle fine sand over 325 mesh in incoming materials, comprehensive recovery rate can reach over 90%, single set equipment processing capacity varies from 100t/h to 500t/h according to different sizes.
NXF series sand washing fine sand recovery integrated machine is mainly composed of four parts: sand washer, high-frequency linear dewatering screen, cyclone and cyclone feed pump.Features small footprint, compact structure, high sand washing efficiency, and uniform coarse and fine sand mixture.
Sand washing fine sand recycle integrated machine is usually used after vibrating screen, the sediment mixture after high pressure washing on the vibrating screen. Enter the feed port of the sand washing fine sand recovery integrated machine through the chute after high-pressure water washing, the sand is cleaned by operation of the sand washer, the wastewater overflowed by the sand washer enters the dewatering screen under the tank through the pipeline, and is transported to the hydrocyclone at high speed under the action of the slurry pump, 0-0.16mm fine sand is centrifuged, classified, concentrated in the cyclone, and finally discharged from the grit nozzle into the dewatering screen to achieve fine sand recovery.
