Product Overview
MBZ series high-efficiency energy-saving rod mill is widely used in hard rock sand making the fineness modulus of machine sand in large-scale aggregate systems, and can also be used to grind various mineral rocks in metal and non-metal mines and building materials, coal and other industries. It is new highly efficient and energy-saving products optimized by Nairy based on the traditional rod mill technology in China,in lubrication dry oil grease is used to replace the original thin oil lubrication, saving more than 70% of oil consumption per year, and the large mill does not need to be equipped with high and low pressure lubrication station, reducing equipment investment cost.

MBZ series high-efficiency energy-saving rod mill saves power, the rod mill adopts spherical roller bearings instead of traditional babbitt alloy bearing support,with small running resistance, in the same model and under the same production capacity, 10%~20% power can be saved , in the same power situation,10%~20%production capacity can be improved, compared with the traditional equipment more than 40% power can be saved.
