The NXF Series Sand Washing and Recycling Machine is mainly used for sand and gravel aggregate wet production, focusing on sand washing and fine sand recovery processes. This machine can recover fine sand larger than 325 mesh from incoming materials, achieving a comprehensive recovery rate of over 90%. It has a processing capacity ranging from 100 t/h to 500 t/h, with various specifications available to choose from.

The NXF Series Sand Washing and Recycling Machine is primarily composed of four parts: a sand washer, a high-frequency linear dewatering screen, a cyclone, and a cyclone feed pump. It is characterized by its small footprint, compact structure, high sand washing efficiency, and the ability to create a uniform mixture of coarse and fine sand.
Working Principle:
The NXF Series Sand Washing and Recycling Machine is typically used after a vibrating screen. The material from the vibrating screen undergoes high-pressure water washing, and the sediment mixture then enters the feed port of the NXF Series Sand Washing and Recycling Machine through a chute. The sand is cleaned via the operation of the sand washer. The wastewater that overflows from the sand washer flows into the dewatering screen through a pipeline, and is then transported at high speed to the hydrocyclone by the slurry pump. Fine sand in the range of 0-0.16 mm is centrifuged, classified, and concentrated within the cyclone, ultimately being discharged from the grit nozzle into the dewatering screen to achieve fine sand recovery.
