The FSPD Series Fine Sand Reclaimer is primarily designed for the wet production of sand and gravel aggregates, focusing on fine sand recovery, mine tailings treatment, and other processes. This machine can recover fine sand over 325 mesh from incoming materials, achieving a comprehensive recovery rate of over 90%. The processing capacity of a single set ranges from 50 m³/h to 500 m³/h, with various specifications available.
Product Feature:
The FSPD Series Fine Sand Reclaimer consists of a hydrocyclone, dewatering screen, upper box, lower box, slurry pump, and related pipe fittings. The cyclone feeder shares a water tank with the material beneath the dewatering screen, creating a self-closed cycle. This design not only minimizes land occupation and eliminates the need for a separate cyclone feeding pump pool but also enhances the recovery rate of fine sand.
Working Principle:
Sand washing wastewater enters the box of the FSPD Series Fine Sand Reclaimer through a pipeline or sink. It is then pumped at high speed to the hydrocyclone, where fine sand ranging from 0-0.16 mm is centrifuged, graded, and concentrated. The sand is discharged from the grit nozzle into the dewatering screen. After dewatering, part of the sand is directed to the finished sand yard to adjust the fineness modulus, while the rest is stored in the stockyard. Post-separation, the wastewater and a small amount of fine sand flow back into the upper box from the cyclone's overflow port. A portion returns to the lower box, with flow rate adjustments made via pipelines and valves, ensuring fine sand recycling and promoting high efficiency and energy savings. The remainder is discharged into the drainage ditch for subsequent wastewater treatment.
