Sand production sites usually require a sand washing machine to clean impurities in the sand. The impurities in the sand mainly come from two aspects. One of them is that the raw materials used for mining have impurities, and there are many soil and other impurities in the sand during mining; The second is the impurities generated during the sand making process, ranging from about a thousand millimeters of stone to more than ten millimeters of sand. This requires multiple crushing, inevitably resulting in a large amount of impurities such as stone powder and soil.

Gravel Washing Process

The sand and water mixture enters the cleaning box of the sand washing machine, passes through the sieve sieve of the wheel bucket, and falls into the dehydration screen for dehydration treatment. The dewatering screen removes a large amount of water from the sand, and the dehydrated finished sand is transported to the finished stock pile.

Aggregate Washing Process

Barite is fragile and breakable, so during crushing process we recommend jaw crusher to avoid generating plenty of powder. The raw materials can get better crushing effects through one stage crushing by jaw crusher.
