Impact bed is used under the guide chute of belt conveyor and below the belt at the material loading point. It is made of UHMWPE engineered of low friction coefficient. The rubber impact blocks are fixed to the steel support to decrease the crush affect of the falling material by effectively supporting the belt. Also the damage of belt is decreased to extend its life.
