Comb roller
Comb rollers are specifically used for conveyors that transport viscous materials.
The comb roller is covered with a hard rubber ring, which plays a great role in preventing the conveyor belt from deviating and cleaning. Wrapping the tire rubber on the outer layer of the roller while ensuring sealing and not changing the performance of the roller not only achieves anti-corrosion and rust prevention effects, but also significantly reduces wear on the tape. The overall fatigue resistance, aging resistance, tear resistance, and impact resistance of the roller have also been improved.
The conveyor roller is a key component of a belt conveyor, and its performance and service life directly affect the operation of the belt conveyor.
