The scrubbing machine can remove the thin film iron, bonding, and muddy impurities minerals on the surface of quartz sand, and further crush the mineral aggregates that have not formed into monomers. After grading operations, the effect of further purifying quartz sand is achieved.

The motor drives the main shaft to rotate through a belt pulley (clockwise when viewed from top to bottom), creating a negative pressure zone on the blades.
