Product Introduction:
The ZSW series rod feeder is developed by our company based on years of experience in designing, manufacturing, and servicing the mining industry, combined with cutting-edge research and development in current feeding equipment. Primarily used for continuous and uniform feeding ahead of primary crushers, this machine also enables pre-screening of fine materials, boosting throughput and enhancing overall production efficiency. The feeder comes in two main structural designs: grate plate and grate bar configurations. With advancements in modern industrial technology, it incorporates advanced domestic and international innovations while maintaining independent R&D and design capabilities. The newer grate plate feeder design—specifically tailored for applications involving raw materials with minimal soil content and predominantly large-sized chunks—is widely adopted in such scenarios. Meanwhile, the grate bar feeder model is optimized for coarse screening of materials that contain higher levels of soil.

Metallurgy, coal mining, ore dressing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasives, and other related sectors.
Performance features:
● 1. Compact design (compact structure ensures easy equipment adjustment and installation; the dual-eccentric-shaft vibrator delivers high vibration frequency, strong excitation force, and significantly boosts feeding capacity.)
● 2. High-grade steel materials offer excellent tear and bend resistance, with strong load-bearing capacity. (The side panels and rear support plates are made from Q345R steel, while the bottom and side guard plates use NM wear-resistant steel. The grating bars are crafted from ZGMn13 high-manganese steel, providing superior impact resistance and ensuring a long service life.)
● 3. Variable-frequency control can be used for precise material feeding (variable-frequency operation ensures smoother start-up and adjustment, delivering uniform and accurate feed rates. The feeding speed can also be linked to the main unit, enabling automatic feedback control for continuous, stable material supply and preventing downtime caused by uneven feeding in the receiving device.)
● 4. Process optimization, enhanced efficiency (equipped with feeding grate bars that allow for pre-screening of materials; additionally, the gap between the feeding grate bars can be adjusted according to production line requirements, enabling process optimization and boosting overall efficiency.)
