Dongzhuang Water Conservancy Hub Project is the largest reservoir capacity in Shaanxi, the highest dam height, the largest investment in a single project water conservancy project. Development task "to flood control and siltation reduction, taking into account water supply, power generation and ecological improvement and other comprehensive use". The main building of the hub consists of a concrete hyperbolic arch dam, water discharge and energy dissipation system, water diversion and power generation system, water supply intake tower, etc. The concrete hyperbolic arch dam is 230 meters high, with a total reservoir capacity of 3.276 billion cubic meters. The dam will have a total reservoir capacity of 3.27 billion cubic meters. The dam will reduce siltation in both the reservoir and the river by using the "large drainage and small stoppage, timely sand discharge" method, which will effectively solve the problem of siltation and flooding in the Wei River, and the phenomenon of "small water disaster" in the lower reaches of the Wei River will no longer exist.
This time, the total volume of concrete poured for the Dongzhuang Water Conservancy Hub Project is about 2.05 million square meters, which is scheduled to be completed in July 2026.
The DTII tape conveyor produced by our company mainly undertakes the task of long-distance transportation of finished aggregates in this project, from the finished silo of sand and gravel system to the secondary air-cooled silo of mixing building, the total length of the conveyor is 2789.32 meters, which helps to produce the finished sand and gravel aggregates required in concrete production.
