PakistanMOHMAND hydropowerproject is located in Swat River, 48km north of Peshawar city, Mohmand Agency.There’s5 km from upstreamofMunda Canal, Abazai town,Shabqadar Deri city, which is close to KPK province.Installed4francis turbine generator units with capacity of 200,000 kwper unit, therefore the installed capacity of MOHMAND hydro-poweris 800,000kw. The main project of MOHMAND hydro-powerinclude a concrete face rockfill dam with height of 213 m, two diversion tunnels with inner diameter of 15 m and total length of 3,317 m, seven spillways, one diversion tunnel (diameter of 13.2 m and length of 730 m), ground workshop, ground switch station, tail pool, etc. MOHMANDproduction line is the sand and gravel system of Mohmand hydropower station undertaken by China Gezhouba Group Co., LTD in Pakistan. Nairyundertook the project design, equipment procurement, guidance construction and other related services.
